Autumn Equinox invites us to pause and notice what will bring balance to our minds, bodies, and hearts.
Join me live online Monday, September 22 as the Sun crosses the Earth's celestial equator (11:19am PDT) we will sink into the energy of balance.
Through gently guided breathwork, Joy will help you reconnect with your heart, giving special attention to the heart chakra of each person who attends. Sounds from alchemy singing bowls help the mind to settle, support the brain entering a peaceful theta state (or pre-sleep), offer healing to our chakras, and engage the parasympathetic nervous system to let the body access the full benefits of rest.
