    Like the waters surrounding Bainbridge Island, we are impacted by the moon. With gently guided breath work and the calming sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls tune into the energy of the full moon and let go.

I welcome folks from all backgrounds, especially LGBTQ+ and BIPOC, to my in-person and virtual events. Most community events are offered on a sliding scale /no one turned away for lack of funds and in accessible community spaces explicitly for all-bodies.
