Allow your mind, body, and heart to acknowledge the return of spring and experience the relaxation of crystal singing bowls at a beautiful new wellness center in Oakland.

The sounds from alchemy quartz crystal singing bowls can be impactful physically on the mind/body and help to allow the brain to enter a peaceful theta (or pre-sleep) state, helping the mind to settle, the parasympathetic nervous system to relax, and the body to access the benefits of deep rest. Using guided breathwork and nature imagery along with the sounds of the singing bowls, this sound bath is a practice of deep relaxation.

Dress comfortably & bring layers to stay warm.
