About the Event
Due to extensive Fall 2020 forest fire damage, this retreat has been canceled.
Due to Shelter-in-Place this 2020 retreat was re-scheduled for 3 nights over Memorial Weekend 2021.
This is a weekend for rest, self-care and crossing a threshold into the "liminal". We'll awaken our senses, slow way down, connecting with nature, ourselves and others in a new way. Facilitated "invitations" open our doors of perception to the forest, offering deep sensory connection, helping us notice where we are and what we feel. As we become fully present to ourselves, we witness the world around us with new eyes. Each forest bathing session is unique and includes sharing circles and tea ceremony. Sound healing with crystal singing bowls will offer mind/body relaxation and balance our subtle energy bodies allowing a playful flow of energy between forest, river, and ourselves. The Forest is the Therapist; The Guide Opens the Door
Sari Telpner will guide forest bathing walks to connect you deeply with nature, including the hot springs. I will be offering sound healing in a forest sanctuary and next to the beautiful Breitenbush River. We would be honored if you join us!
Range of lodging options available from car camping to cabins, but they will fill up fast over Memorial Weekend.
