Full Moon Sound Healing Walk

You’re invited to join us under the light of the Samhain (Halloween) blue full moon for a guided meditative walk blending Celtic contemplation practices, forest bathing, and the celestial sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls.

For the Celts, Samhain marks the midpoint between Fall Equinox and Winter Solstice. To prepare ourselves to welcome the darkness of winter, we will tune into the energy of this full moon to gain clarity and we will connect deeply with the magical land at Mount Shasta Hestia Retreat Center.

We’ll begin by intentionally slowing down to allow our hearts and bodies to sink into our senses and to connect with the more-than-human world. Give yourself permission to shift from “doing” to “being”.  Then spend time slowly moving through some of Hestia’s sacred power centers, such as our labyrinth and third chakra healing garden while immersed in a community sound healing.
