Sound Healing presented by the UCSF CARE Program
Sound healing with alchemy singing bowls is a no-touch healing modality. This workshop will offer a space to relax, to connect with your senses, and to gently tune into self-compassion. No need to wear yoga clothes, you will be comfortably still. Offered in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, open to all UCSF affiliates who are contending with stress or healing from trauma.
