Join Joy for guided forest bathing through the Fall foliage on Bainbridge Island. The forests on Bainbridge are always amazing, and yet, there's something truly magical in the PNW when trees respond dramatically to the changing Autumn light. About Forest Bathing
The practice of forest therapy or Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to "forest bathing," gently guides you through a series of invitations to slow down, to deepen you relationship with (your) nature, and to become aware of your connection to the web of life.
